The solution
This fully continuous production line processes material from roll to finished product, delivering panels in varying sizes and lengths, fully tailored to specific customer orders. The line operates at a speed of 25 metres per minute.
The base material is spliced inline to ensure an uninterrupted process. After forming, the panels are cut to size, labelled and transferred to a buffer module, where operators fold the products and package them in boxes.
